Procedures: |

A deposit of $100.00 per coach is required 30 days prior to show date. Final count is due 48 hours prior to show date or you'll be charged for the number of seats on your original reservation. A complimentary ticket is provided for your driver and escort.
A 30 day written cancellation notice is required in order to receive a full refund on a deposit.
